Every summer UrbanPromise Latin America opens its doors for hundreds of children to experience our transformative Summer Programs.

These spaces provide children safety and opportunity. They are seen, encouraged, and reminded that their lives matter.

A SHELTER FROM THE STORM

For many kids, daily life is anything but easy.

Many children return to empty houses while their parents work long hours just to survive. Others carry the weight of broken families, instability, or isolation at an age when they should simply be children. Too many grow up without consistent encouragement, guidance, or someone unlocking their God-given potential.

That was Rodrigo. A kid from Copán Ruinas whose story we shared recently. When Rodrigo joined our AfterSchool Program last year, he was angry and disruptive. School wasn't vibing to him. Every afternoon he returned home alone while both of his parents worked, and somewhere along the way, he began to lose himself.

But everything began to change when donors like YOU chose to believe in children like Rodrigo. Your support opened the door for UPLAM's programs to reach him, surround him with care, and remind him that his story still holds great promise.

Can I donate more or less than $100 to participate?+

Absolutely! Donors who give more than $100 will receive physical thank-you cards from multiple children they helped support. Those who donate less than $100 still make a huge difference — your contribution is invaluable, and you'll receive a digital thank-you card from a child whose camp experience was made possible collectively through donations like yours.

When will I receive my trading card?+

After you've made your donation, you will receive a digital trading card as a token of appreciation for your support. When we send all children to camps we will start creating their trading cards and will be sending it to all the donors who participated by the end of July.

Is my donation tax-deductible?+

Yes. UrbanPromise is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
