Let's send 100 children to
UrbanPromise Latin America

1 of 100 trading card — Enely Onofre

Every summer UrbanPromise Latin America opens its doors for hundreds of children to experience our transformative Summer Programs.

These spaces provide children with safety and opportunity. They are seen, encouraged, and reminded that their lives are precious.

For many kids, daily life is anything but easy. However, everything changes when donors like YOU choose to believe in these children. Your generosity opens the door for UPLAM's programs to reach children and remind them that their stories still hold great promise.

A shelter from the storm

For many kids, daily life is anything but easy.

Many children return to empty homes while their parents work long hours just to survive. Others carry the weight of broken families, instability, or isolation at an age when they should simply be children. Too many grow up without consistent encouragement, guidance, or someone to help unlock their God-given potential.

That was Rodrigo. A kid from Copán Ruinas whose story we shared recently. When Rodrigo joined our AfterSchool Program last year, he was angry and disruptive. School wasn’t clicking for him. Every afternoon he returned home alone while both of his parents worked, and somewhere along the way, he began to lose himself.

But everything began to shift when donors like YOU chose to invest in children like Rodrigo.  Your support made it possible for UPLAM's programs to reach him, surround him with care, and help him see that his future was still full of possibility.

There are many more children like Rodrigo waiting for the same opportunity.

YOU can change the lives of hundreds of children in Mexico, Honduras, and Colombia. By sending children to UPLAM summer programs, they enter a leadership pipeline where their trajectory begins to shift.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I donate more or less than $100 to participate?+

Absolutely! Donors who give more than $100 will receive physical thank-you cards from multiple children they helped support. Those who donate less than $100 still make a huge difference — your contribution is invaluable, and you'll receive a digital thank-you card from a child whose camp experience was made possible collectively through supporters like you.

When will I receive my trading card?+

Once the summer camps begin, we will start creating trading cards with the children, and they will be sent to all the donors who participated. Expect your trading card by the end of July.

Is my donation tax-deductible?+

Yes. UrbanPromise is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
